Spring Shots

Hello Everybody! Today I am bringing you a photography post of all my recent snaps taken at a variety of locations. As you all know, I had my second vaccine and because the two weeks passed, I was able to leave the house to go in a shop for the first time in 14 months!!! It may not seem like a big deal, but to me it was very anxiety provoking. However, after some help and going out a few times, I can happily say that I feel confident going to less busy places which is very strange. I am sure some of you can relate to the feeling.

This means that I can now venture to more frequented places to take pictures and it will give me more opportunities, and more of a choice when it comes to taking different types of pictures, not just landscape and nature ones (not that they aren't beautiful of course). So look out for some different looking shots coming your way soon! :)

The first five pictures were taken in Hardingham, one of the best places that I love to shoot in :) most of my sunset ones are shot there due to it being the perfect landscape for it.

Flower pictures are always my fav as they provide such unique and lovely shots.

This image was taken at Holkham Beach, a beautiful place to walk.

This lil cutie was captured in my garden.

I love the colour of the clouds in this picture and it was captured from my bedroom window!

You may ask why is the bee on a hot water bottle? or maybe your not lol but it is because the bee was stuck in the house so that is what we used to get it out safely hehe

Another garden one! We brought a new feeder from Etsy and the birds loved it until a blackbird got stuck in it... Luckily, it was perfectly fine but we had to get rid of the feeder lol

A picture opportunity spotted by my dad! This image was taken in North Elham on one of the walks by the unused railway.

There is so much wildlife in my garden around this time of year! For this image, I sat out in my garden for ages waiting for a picture opportunity to arise.

I only like to include a small collection of my images at a time, just so I do not run out of pictures to showcase. The reason being that if there ever is a period of time where I do not capture many, at least I have some already there to post in the meantime.

Another exciting thing is that I have now started a more in depth photography course that covers an extensive range of topics. One of the main ones being editing, as I would really like to become skilled at this so I can just add touches to my pictures when they need it. It is the next step in my photography journey and I am very happy about it :)

I am also going to be branching out with my photography by taking some more portrait shots, as that is the one area I lack knowledge/experience in because I do not have as much opportunity to do so because of the situation we have been in for the last year! However, now I am not only doing more of myself and experimenting with full length and close up shots, I am also going to be practicing on others. Exciting times!

As always, I hope you enjoyed the post! Stay safe, Lucy xoxoxo
